The complete house renovation took six months from start to finish showcasing the incredible talent and project management of our team. This house was one of the ugly ducklings on the street but has since been transformed into a showstopper.

The renovation included both internal and external construction with new cladding, an extensive deck at the rear and new decking/stairs at the entrance. Internally we redesigned the layout, moving the original staircase from the front door to the living area, and swapped the position of the kitchen to allow the open plan living to flow out to the entertaining area. There are now two spacious bathrooms and a parent’s retreat upstairs with a study nook/landing.

Overall, our client is thrilled with their new home and the value it’s created for them.
